🚛 What is Road Ready GPT?

Road Ready GPT is your AI co-pilot, designed to take the mental load off keeping track of miles, money, and road notes. It helps drivers log their daily trips in plain language and formats that data for easy budgeting, tax prep, and business reporting.

🔧 How It Works

You type or speak your daily log in plain English, and the GPT turns it into a spreadsheet-ready record.

You can ask:

“Log today’s trip”
“What did I earn this week?”
“What are my total expenses for the month?”

🧭 Getting Started

Step 1: Open the GPT

Use the GPT link provided or visit Poppi Digital’s tools section.

Step 2: Click the First Button

This will give you an overview and walk you through what to track.

Step 3: Start Logging

Use the 📝 Log Today’s Trip button or say something like:

“I drove 320 miles, made $950, spent $120 on fuel and $30 on food.”

The GPT will return a formatted entry.

📝 What To Log Daily

These are the categories you can track:

Category	Description
📅 Date	Defaults to today unless specified
🚚 Miles	Miles driven for the day
💵 Income	Total earned (gross)
⛽ Fuel	Total fuel costs
🍔 Food	Meals or food costs
🛏️ Lodging	Hotel or sleeping costs
🚧 Tolls/Misc	Tolls, tips, maintenance, or other extras
📝 Notes	Anything you want to remember: delays, locations, weather, etc.

💬 Example Log

You Say:

“I drove 340 miles, earned $1,100, spent $150 on fuel and $40 on food. Slept in the truck. Paid $20 in tolls.”

GPT Responds:

You can copy and paste this into your spreadsheet or log form.

📊 Summaries & Insights

Once you’ve logged multiple entries, you can ask for:

Weekly Summary:
“How much did I earn and spend this week?”
Category Breakdown:
“What did I spend on fuel this month?”
Log Checks:
“Did I miss any days this week?”

GPT will return totals and can flag missing entries or incomplete fields.

Log every 1–2 days to stay current
Request a weekly summary every 7 days
